Many representatives from UMC and the Board of Managers, Condray Design Group, HDR, and construction management team Lee Lewis Construction and Whiting-Turner attended this special ceremony to sign and raise a structural beam to celebrate the progressing construction of a new Cancer Center located on University Medical Center’s main campus. The new three story, 122,888 square foot Cancer Center will replace the existing building providing cutting edge technology in cancer treatment for the community.
The aesthetic design of this new addition to the campus reflects a modern, curvilinear front facade that will house radiology oncology services with multiple exam rooms and infusion bays to provide the best cancer care for patients.
