Grant Koertner, AIA

Principal Architect | President

Grant is a Principal Architect and has been with Condray Design Group since 2002. Grant has directed architectural services on multiple building types including notable healthcare, higher education, religious, commercial, historical restoration and renovation, as well as adaptive reuse in West Texas and New Mexico.

Grant has led the design team on prominent buildings such as Lubbock Spine Institute, Texas Tech University Maddox Engineering Research Center, South Plains Surgery Center, Adventure Park, multiple hospital expansions and renovations for Ochiltree General Hospital, Artesia General Hospital, the New Orthodontic and Dental Clinics for St. Clair & Massey Orthodontics and Parkview Pediatric Dentistry, and Texas Tech University Historical Dairy Barn Rehabilitation.

Grant graduated from Texas Tech University with his bachelor’s and master’s degrees of Architecture. He holds a National Architectural Registration Certificate and is registered in Texas and New Mexico. Grant served as a Staff Sergeant in the New Mexico Air National Guard and is an Eagle Scout.

Stacey Mincey, AIA

Principal Architect | Vice President

Stacey has been a Project Manager and Project Architect for CDG since 2012 and has over 25 years of experience in healthcare design. Stacey became a Principal and Vice President of the firm in 2018.  She has designed and managed notable projects including University Medical Center’s East Tower, University Medical Center’s Pediatric Emergency Center, the Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute of Lubbock as well as multiple expansions and renovations for several hospitals throughout West Texas.

Stacey has held several leadership roles in the American Institute of Architects’ Lubbock Chapter, Texas Society of Architects, and the Texas Tech College of Architecture Advisory Council. Stacey continues to be active in these organizations and works with Texas Tech College of Architecture to help guide and develop students working towards their architecture degrees. Stacey holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design Specialization from Texas Tech University.

Tyler Voller, AIA

Lead Designer | Project Architect

Abilene native and a graduate of Texas Tech University’s College of Architecture, Tyler Voller is a Project Architect and Lead Designer for CDG. Tyler directs and creates innovative designs for public, private, and institutional projects throughout Lubbock and its surrounding community.

As lead designer, Tyler has been the creative force behind notable projects, including the UMC Physicians Family and Children’s Clinic, the J.T. & Margaret Talkington’s YWCA Sun ‘N Fun Aquatic Center, the New Orthodontic and Dental Clinics for St. Clair & Massey Orthodontics and Parkview Pediatric Dentistry, as well as the New Sorority Lodge for Kappa Kappa Gamma. He enjoys incorporating a more avantgarde touch to our portfolio by merging adventurous new materials with a modernistic approach to human experience throughout a space.

Jeremy Hext

Construction Project Manager

Jeremy joined Condray Design Group in 2022 and brings over 20 years of construction management experience.  Starting out in the field of carpentry and with an extensive background specializing in construction supervision, Jeremy is an asset to Condray Design Group during the construction phase of each project.

In addition, he has built lasting relationships with clients through mutual respect and constant communication.  Jeremy enjoys the challenge of seeing projects brought to fruition, and maintains a keen knowledge of construction technology.

Gabriel Puga, Assoc. AIA

Project Manager

Gabriel is a Project Manager for Condray Design Group who has been with the firm since 2022 and is actively involved in spatial planning as well as directing and managing an array of projects.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture as well as his Master’s degree, both from Texas Tech University.

Gabriel’s background in commercial projects adds a talented benefit to the firm as he appreciates the creative aspect of architecture.  He particularly enjoys implementing new life into older buildings by respecting the existing design while harnessing a new and modern approach.

Rosa Salazar, RID, IIDA, ASID

Director of Interior Design

Rosa is the Director of Interior Design for Condray Design Group and has been with the firm since 2012 and has over 16 years of field experience. She leads the interior design department and has delivered multiple cutting-edge, award-winning designs for healthcare, commercial, religious, and higher education projects.

Rosa has worked on significant projects including Texas Tech University Maddox Engineering Research Center, Texas Tech University Chitwood Weymouth Dormitory’s Learning Center, Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute of Lubbock, University Medical Center’s 2nd Floor Pediatric & PICU Renovation, and the New Sorority Lodge for Kappa Kappa Gamma, as well as numerous dental clinics, surgery centers, and university level designs.

Rosa holds her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Texas Tech University and has held numerous leadership roles in local, state, and national organizations. She currently holds the Vice-Chair position with the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners as their Registered Interior Design Board Member.

Laura Lee, RID, CHID, IIDA

Senior Interior Designer

Laura is the Senior Interior Designer for Condray Design Group and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design at Interior Designers Institute as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Advertising from California State University, Fullerton.

Laura’s collaborative technique and strong communication skills cultivated over the past 16+ years have led her work history to include notable projects such as Covenant Medical Group Northwest Clinic and Joe Arrington Cancer Center. Laura has a true passion for healthcare interior design and she thrives on architecturally significant design, distinctive furnishings, and the use of extraordinary materials.

Esperanza Crosswhite

Architectural Intern | CADD Tech

Espie joined Condray Design Group in 2013 and has over 17 years of experience in architectural planning and technical drawing for community, healthcare, and commercial projects. Espie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines.

Espie enjoys being challenged and involved in the detail-oriented aspects of CDG’s projects. Delineating meticulous features such as the rotunda with its clerestory windows located in the lobby at Dr. Minns Surgical Center, incorporating the delicate French contemporary components for Kappa Kappa Gamma’s New Sorority Lodge, and outlining the smooth transition flow for Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute’s patients of Lubbock are where you can find a few examples of her talent.

Daniel Garcia

BIM Coordinator | Architectural Intern

Daniel is an Architectural Intern who has been with CDG since 2015. Daniel holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Architecture, as well as a master’s degree of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

Daniel leads the firm as the BIM Coordinator, managing all Revit projects for Condray Design Group. He also develops projects from beginning to end as well as organizes spatial planning and provides renderings for many of CDG’s higher education, healthcare, and commercial design projects.

Some of Daniel’s notable renderings include Texas Tech University Maddox Engineering Research Center, Texas Tech University Dairy Barn Rehabilitation, and Artesia General Hospital’s Professional Building #3.

Victoria Wilson

Interior Design Assistant

Victoria holds her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture from Texas Tech University. She started working at Condray Design Group in 2019 and plays an active role in design development of the interior selections for projects at the firm.

Her savvy design skills are showcased in numerous projects throughout the West Texas area including the interior building finish standards for UMC, the new Emergency Center in the Pediatric wing of UMC, Texas Tech University Historical Dairy Barn Rehabilitation, and UMCP’s New Family & Children’s Clinic.

Victoria is also an artist, plays the guitar, and enjoys time with her dog, Steve and her cat, Bennett.

Emily Nisbet

Junior Design Assistant

Emily is the Junior Design Assistant for Condray Design Group’s Interior Design Department.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture from Texas Tech University and upon completing her internship, she was welcomed as a full-time member to the CDG team.

Her attention to detail is vital to the department and is evident in the beautifully crafted interior renderings she creates for our clients.  She also assists the designers with preparing construction administration documents.

Emily enjoys volunteering at the Heart of Lubbock Community Garden and is an active member of the West Texas Running Club.

Craig Huey

Architectural Intern

Craig recently moved to Lubbock from Austin to join the Condray Design Group Team.  Craig graduated from Texas Tech University’s College of Architecture and is glad to be back in West Texas.  Craig’s skillset includes environmental design, land and environmental surveying, studio design, technology assemblies and urban development.

Cris Alaniz

Architectural Intern

Cris is a fifth year architectural student at Texas Tech University and is originally from El Paso.  Cris has been a vital member of Condray Design Group, accelerating our production team even further with his extensive proficiency in Revit. 

As a certified Revit specialist, Cris enjoys creating 3D models to enhance clients’ experience of the final design after construction.
