Representatives from UMC and the Board of Managers, Condray Design Group, HDR, and construction management team Lee Lewis Construction and Whiting-Turner signed a structural beam to celebrate the future Health and Wellness Hospital as construction progresses.
The 221,500 square foot campus located on south Slide Road is scheduled to open in the fall of 2023 and will serve the community as an extension of UMC’s main hospital campus. CDG is delighted to be working on this prominent project that will bring vital medical services to the expanding population in southwest Lubbock.
