In January of 1992, Ken Condray founded Condray Design Group in Lubbock, Texas. Over the last three decades, Ken and the Condray team have earned a reputation for creating innovative buildings that not only served clients well, but also established the firm as a regional leader for successful designs with a collaborative approach to architecture.
At 5:00 p.m. our staff along with his family, friends, and associates honored Ken with a commemorative ribbon cutting led by his grandson. The tribute to Ken was topped off with a moving speech by current President Grant Koertner and Vice-President Stacey Mincey.
Ken Condray was more than an architect to the city of Lubbock and surrounding region. He was a steadfast friend, patient mentor, and gentle husband, father, and grandfather for his family. Condray Design Group reveres him as the founder for establishing our firm’s structure, design methods, and client relationships.
