Condray Design Group was honored to receive two of the five awards for the 2021 Lubbock American Institute of Architects (AIA) Design Awards Competition:
- The Honor Award for Texas Tech University’s Dairy Barn Rehabilitation
- The Merit Award for the Integrated Oral Healthcare Campus for Parkview Pediatric Dentistry and St. Clair & Massey Orthodontics
The historical Dairy Barn is one of the oldest buildings on Texas Tech University’s campus and has provided the University with a lasting reminder of its agricultural origins. The Dairy Barn was completely rehabilitated as a fully operational and collaborative educational space for the University and West Texas community.
The New Clinics for Parkview Pediatric Dentistry and St. Clair & Massey Orthodontics are a modern solution to the growing number of individuals and families in West Texas needing comprehensive oral care. Both clinics were designed to work in tandem with each other in order to meet the specific needs of each family member’s dental healthcare.
