The official groundbreaking ceremony for the Ranch Life Learning Center located at Texas Tech University’s National Ranching Heritage Center commenced by honoring donors and the author of “Hank the Cowdog” series, John R. Erickson.
The Ranch Life Learning Center will be the newest interactive indoor/outdoor experience for children and adults to learn and understand the business of ranching and farming, featuring Erickson’s famous character Hank the Cowdog as their virtual guide.
Various exhibits include simulation displays, holograms, video projections, and hands-on ranching activities focusing on livestock, water sources, and the authentic cowboy experience. CDG is honored to work in tandem with Mr. Erickson, the University, and exhibit designers to bring the Center to life by the end of 2023 for Lubbock and West Texas.
