TLC of Lubbock broke ground today to celebrate the new construction of their 30,000 square foot West Texas facility. Texas State Senator Charles Perry, Board Chairman Ross Moody, CEO of TLC Steve Takacs, Medical Director Dr. Roger Wolcott, and Program Director Cindy Cypert were among fellow leading acute care medical professionals to speak and partake in the groundbreaking.
Located on Quaker Avenue, north of TrustPoint Rehabilitation Hospital, Transitional Learning Center of Lubbock will continue to provide the West Texas community with an intermediate living center offering services for patients suffering from post-acute brain injury. The new facility includes 24 residential beds, 8 on-campus apartments, a large therapy gym, multiple treatment rooms and administrative offices.
