“Condray Design Group transformed the ideas of bringing Adventure Park to Lubbock from paper to life. Adventure Park allows guests to have an adventure right here in their backyard but gives a feeling like they have traveled to another destination. The design team took pride in tying in features of the park and the outdoors while giving guests a consistent, yet fun space to play and create memories!
My favorite design aspects, the tile river that separates the cafe from the main walkway. This allows guests to feel part of the cafe space, with natural elements from the floor to the ceiling, but gives a natural separation from the main walkway.
We enjoyed working with Condray Design Group because of their attention to details from the start through construction and opening. We are very pleased with the building and would work with Condray Design Group on other projects in the future!”

“Our experience with Stacey Mincey was outstanding. She was in on our project from day one and never diverted her focus. Once we chose a construction company, Stacey was key in assuring that we were afforded their best players to oversee the construction component.
The entire process was smooth, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire Condray team. The end product is beautifully designed and highly functional. We love it. During our open house ceremony last fall, Mr. Ross Moody told me that his father would be proud of this building.
We now have a world class building to house our state-of-the-art equipment to serve those with brain injuries throughout the country. We are so thankful for Stacey and the Condray team as they were essential to making this dream come true.”

“Thank you all so much! We love our new office, and it has been a pleasure working with Condray Design Group. It has been a special blessing… and it has allowed us to physically distance for our team’s and patients’ safety.”

“I worked with The Condray Design Group for over five years. I found them to be an outstanding group to work with.
The lead architect on my projects was Grant Koertner. He was excellent with his follow up and communications. He was always prepared to discuss all items with the contractors and hospital management. Some of the projects completed by CDG include a face lift of the old hospital to tie into the new facility, a face lift on the clinic purchased to create an overall campus look with the new hospital, increased the number of surgery suites with recovery beds, a new roof and new outdoor lighting, an expanded parking lot with resurface, a new clinic building with physicians’ offices, out-patient rehab, a new material management storage area, as well as demolished and expanded a new rural health clinic while expanding the emergency waiting room.
The group completed other major projects that were designed prior to my retirement. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team at The Condray Design Group.”

“Grant and the team at Condray Design Group have been a pleasure to work with on designing the Ranch Life Learning Center. The Ranch Life Learning Center, featuring Hank the Cowdog, will be a transformational addition to the National Ranching Heritage Center.
Since the focus is on the exhibits, it’s a different kind of project. CDG has taken those challenges in stride and has done an amazing job of coordinating the design team. We appreciate the personal investment that Grant and the CDG team have made in bringing the Ranch Life Learning Center to life!”

“We loved the work accomplished by our Condray Design Group! Going in, we thought our project was special and Condray made us feel like they agreed through every step of the design and construction process.
To this day, when guests come to our facility, their first reaction is always, “Wow!” The design and the color palette were distinctive and most importantly Condray helped us pick products that were easy to maintain and yet sophisticated.
We are so grateful for their deep respect of our mission and what we were trying to accomplish for the community.”

“The Condray Group worked with the Kappa House Board to design a House for our members that was beautiful, functional and able to accommodate our growing chapter.
They were and, continue to be, responsive to our needs. The result is a gorgeous building which our Kappa Kappa Gamma actives and alumnae love and are very proud of. Thank you, Condray!”

“Thank you for the role you played in the Dairy Barn rehabilitation efforts. Today was my first time in the building. WOW!
I was immediately transported to the story Shirley Garrison shared with me of bringing his bottle calf to the barn to sell and pay his tuition. From the beams to the wooden ladders which I assume were original to the building, brought back memories of my grandad’s barn in Arkansas, which held so many wonderful memories of my childhood.
Jim Arnold, Executive Director of the Helen Jones Foundation, toured for the first time last week and he was very, very complimentary of the choices we made on a lot of things. Dale Swinburn brought some friends to tour a couple of weeks ago and they were very impressed.
How wonderful to have this space open to the campus community for meetings and events! Please send my gratitude to all who were involved in the preservation of this historic space.”
